How To: Megan Fox’s Glowy Retro Look

Thanks to Troy Jensen, Makeup Artist to many A-List celebs, we find out how you can get this soft, retro makeup!
Skin
For a flawless complexion, I first blended a touch of liquid shimmer (Benefit’s “High Beam”) to the tops of Megan’s cheek bones, down the bridge of her nose and alone her jaw line.
Next I blended a touch of concealer and liquid foundation with a flat brush to the entire face.
Then I dusted on a powder luminizer and neutral pink cheek color to the high apples of Megan’s cheeks, and set the make-up with a loose finishing powder.
Eyes
Soft eyes: I shaped and defined the brows with an eye brow pencil, and brow powder, setting with a clear brow gel (for extra polish).
Next I blended a pale shimmery cream eyeshadow in a light nude to the entire eye area.
Then, softly defined with a loose taupe eyeshadow and a gold bronze shade. I blended a touched of taupe, beige, white, and even a touch of blue.
I then added a thin line of liquid liner in black along Megan’s lash line and quickly blended and smudged it with an eyeshadow brush.
Last I curled and coated Megan’s long lashes with black mascara.
Lips
I lined with a soft nude lip liner and topped off with a shimmery beige lip gloss (try Dior Addict Gloss in “Beige Velvet”).
Minxy says: This really is a look that might appear to be difficult, but is really quite simple, and can be achieved using what most already have in their makeup bag. It packs the wow factor which is perfect for the Holidays!
Even though Troy doesn’t say he added a strip of lashes, the appearance of the lashes tells a different story— so go ahead and add them on! He also doesn’t mention adding some of the shadow colour under the eyes, which he obviously did. Don’t forget to take that shimmery base colour to the inner corner of the eye.
