Philosophy: Hope (Hype) in a Jar

Oprah highly recommends this product, and has nothing but good things to say about it. After testing it out, Minxy must disagree with the Mighty O (rare, but true!)
The company claims:
The ‘hope in a jar’ original formula was created for the medical market and is a world-renowned skin cream. It contains beta glucan, a powerful antioxidant, which enhances skin immunology; and lactic acid, which gently exfoliates skin to reveal smoother, healthier-looking skin. For years, plastic surgeons have been recommending this formula to patients in pursuit of younger, healthier skin. Results can be seen and felt within days, leaving a healthy, rosy glow to the skin that doesn’t require makeup or cover-up.
The aroma is that of lavender… many find this aroma offensive so steer clear if this is a problem for you. Since it comes in jar form, you can scrape out every last bit of product; many times, with other containers, you leave a good amount of the expensive cream in the bottle! (tip: because it is in a jar form, make sure your hands are freshly washed before dipping in).
If one has oily skin, this isn’t for you. Having tested it out of a few different skin types, those with dry skin received the most desirable benefits. This seems strange since the product is labeled as being “for all skin types”. Perhaps they are trying to sell it to a larger market… clever but sneaky!
We also noticed that the product didn’t seem to melt into the skin, but rather left an undesirable pasty residue.
It may be time to re-name this product to “Hype in a Jar”. Enough said.
